This notice explains how information submitted through the Malovan LLC driver application is handled.

What you share

The application collects your name, email, phone number, home city and state, CDL number and issuing state, driving experience, requested pay per mile, optional notes, and a record of your consent. Please do not include Social Security numbers, identity documents, medical information, or other sensitive documents in your notes.

Why we collect it

Malovan LLC uses this information to review your interest in driving opportunities, assess a potential fit, contact you, and keep internal recruitment notes. Applying does not create an employment agreement.

Who can access it

Application records are available to authorized staff in a password-protected recruitment workspace. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data to operate the website. Application information is not published on this website.

Cookies and technical information

The site uses a necessary session cookie for form security, submission confirmation, and staff sign-in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Hashed network identifiers and limited counters help prevent spam and repeated login attempts; expired counters are removed as the site is used. The hosting provider may separately keep standard server access logs.

Retention and your requests

Contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your application. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for recruitment recordkeeping or other obligations. Do not send your CDL number by email.
